The Bro — Cherry & Padauk Cutting Board

A good, honest everyday board, and one of a matching pair. The Bro brings together cherry, maple, African oak, padauk and ash in warm, confident stripes, each strip chosen for its colour and grain.

Every strip is cut, arranged and glued by hand so the stripes run cleanly across the full width of the board. It is planed and sanded smooth through progressively finer grits, with softly eased edges that feel good in the hand. This is a solid, one-of-a-kind piece made in my small workshop in the Netherlands, so the board in the photos is the exact board you'll receive.

Care
Hand wash with warm water and mild soap, then dry upright. Never put it in the dishwasher or leave it soaking. Re-oil now and then with food-safe mineral oil or board butter to keep it looking its best.
