Shipping

Every order is carefully packed by hand in our workshop and sent with tracking.

Processing time

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days. Made-to-order pieces may take a little longer; the expected time is shown on the product page. Bespoke commissions are scheduled individually.

Shipping rates and delivery times

Netherlands: free shipping. Delivery usually takes 1–2 business days after dispatch.
European Union: €15 per order, free on orders over €150. Delivery usually takes 3–5 business days after dispatch.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the Netherlands and all countries in the European Union. We do not ship outside the EU at this time. If you live elsewhere and would love one of our pieces, please get in touch and we'll see what we can do.

Local handover

Live near Heemstede? We're happy to arrange a handover by appointment. Just mention it when you contact us.

Damaged or lost parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within the expected time, please email us at projectredwood.nl@gmail.com with your order number (and photos, if damaged). We'll sort it out with the carrier and make sure you're taken care of.
