The Sisters — Pair of Serving Boards

A matching pair, sold together. The Sisters are two serving boards cut from the same run of walnut, cherry, oak and ash, so they share the same warm striping and character.

Each board is cut, arranged and glued by hand, then planed and sanded smooth through progressively finer grits, with softly eased edges that feel good in the hand. These are solid, one-of-a-kind pieces made in my small workshop in the Netherlands, so the boards in the photos are the exact ones you'll receive.

At 30 by 20.5 centimeters each, they are a lovely size for serving cheese, charcuterie and nibbles. Beautiful as a pair at home, or split one off as a gift.

Care
Hand wash with warm water and mild soap, then dry upright. Never put it in the dishwasher or leave it soaking. Re-oil now and then with food-safe mineral oil or board butter to keep it looking its best.
