The Radical Set is two near-identical charcuterie boards, each bringing together six woods — oak, walnut, maple, cherry, ash and a bold line of purple heart, a tropical hardwood with a natural purple hue, no stain and no dye. Together they make a striking pair for serving cheese, tapas, bread or a few drinks and nibbles with friends.
Each board is cut, glued and sanded entirely by hand in my workshop, then finished with a food-safe oil that's safe for contact with food and brings out the depth of the grain. At 30.6 by 22.1 centimetres and a comfortable 1.6 centimetres thick, each one is generous enough for a proper spread yet light enough to carry straight to the table.
Buy them together and save €15 against the single boards. Use them side by side for a get-together, keep one and gift the other, or give the pair as a thoughtful housewarming or wedding present.
Each set is one of a kind. The boards in the photos are the exact ones you'll receive, with the small natural differences in grain that make them unique.
