The complete Phoenix collection, this matched set brings together a generous charcuterie board, a smaller cutting board and four coasters, all crafted from the same walnut, beech, ash and alder so they sit together as a family. Each piece starts as individual strips of solid hardwood, glued and arranged by hand so the bold, contrasting grain runs through the whole set, then flattened until every surface is perfectly smooth.
The edges are gently rounded over so each piece feels good in the hand, and every surface is sanded through progressively finer grits before several coats of food-safe oil are rubbed in by hand. The boards carry a groove cut into the underside for a secure lift, and rubber feet to keep them steady and let air circulate so they dry flat.
It's a set made to be brought out again and again, for everyday meals and for sharing with guests, and built to last for years.
At a glance: solid walnut, beech, ash and alder; charcuterie board 45.1 by 30.3 by 1.9 centimetres, cutting board 30.2 by 24 by 1.9 centimetres, four coasters 10.6 by 10.6 by 1.2 centimetres; hand-finished with food-safe oil; rounded edges, underside lift groove and non-slip feet; suitable for everyday use and serving; made by hand in the Netherlands.
