Bold lines, bright contrast.
Window is a cutting board that doesn't do subtle. A striking line of padauk — a tropical hardwood with a natural red-orange hue, no stain, no dye — is set against warm maple and deep walnut for a board full of contrast and character.
Cut, glued and sanded entirely by hand in my workshop, then finished with a food-safe oil that's safe for contact with food and brings out the depth of the grain. It's a generous everyday size for chopping, slicing and serving alike.
Every board is one of a kind. The board in the photos is the exact one you'll receive, with the small natural differences in grain that make it unique.
